To all National Guard and Reserve personnel:

If your drilling and getting your drill pay, and your receiving a disability check each month,
this is considered   " DOUBLE DIPPING."
You cannot let this happen. You must decide which to keep getting and which to stop.

If your deploying you will need to stop your disability payments "ASAP".
If you don't it will be taken out of your disability check when you return.

This is the form number you will need to get this done.
Go to:  www.VA.GOV

Type in  21-8951-2 in the search bar at the top of the page. This is the form you will need to fill out. It is fillable form. When finished print 2 copies give one to your readiness NCO and keep one for your records. If you decide to do nothing it will catch up to you.
